Our Rationale
We wanted to best prepare young people for an increasingly complex, competitive, and global world where flexibility, a global mind set and openness for different cultures are a plus.
Addressing key educational challenges in the 21st Century
Some of the key issues, were:
- Finding ways of improving employability after graduation for International Graduates.
- Involving ourselves with the exponential growth of education in the Developing World, (especially the BRIC countries) that have a desire to reach out and give opportunities to young people for travel and experiences.
- Encouraging and supporting young people for educational travel during and after graduation so that they have a cultural experience to treasure and provide a platform for personal growth and careers.
- And finally, we are passionate that ideas and experiences should be bi-lateral and through cultural exchanges.
Implementation - Our Approach
- Partnership: Central to our business is partnering through open dialogue with genuine colleges and students to gain the most from their educational travel experience. We regularly support and visit partners in different ways.
- Structured learning and planning. We work to identify training programmes with clear learning objectives and liaise with cultural exchange partners and government agencies to ensure these fulfil specific youth mobility aims and visas. If needed we engage specialists and professionals in their field including immigration advisors, travel agencies, cultural exchange organisations and government agencies.
- Using proper visas and government exchange programmes. We work with specific schemes to ensure you are eligible and provide all the necessary documents and support.
- Working with your needs and questions. Considerable time is spent with you through personal counselling, meetings and listening to your needs. We share our expertise and experiences of helping. We have met families and communities to ensure their concerns and taken into consideration.
- Continuous learning and innovation. Our programmes have been developed and continually change based on feedback and new policies and ideas. We attend sector-based events and workshops to exchange ideas.
- We work with key government stakeholders including the UK Trade and Investment teams.
